Dan is a native St. Louisan.  After attending the University of Dayton and before settling back in St. Louis to begin his professional career, he worked & traveled throughout Europe.  After Europe, he temporarily relocated to southwest Florida to volunteer for the American Cancer Society & Habitat for Humanity.  He’s now excited to be turning his community focus toward real estate to help others with their real estate buying & selling needs.  Prior to his involvement in real estate, he spent most of his working career successfully leading teams at World Wide Technology, where he learned the importance of living & breathing its core values of trust, humility, passion, honesty & integrity.

His interest in real estate started with his first acquisition, a condo in Brentwood Forrest.  In 3 ½ years, he renovated the unit in its entirety before selling it for a 175% profit. His DIY streak continued with a St. Louis City single-family home.  While there, he was licensed by the City to perform construction & electric work for a 2^nd story renovation that converted uninhabited attic space into two additional bathrooms and a full bath.
